This episode is another background episode. In this episode, we learn more about the kind of weird food (fish eyeballs! ewww!!) the people in the Church eat and Zaiphon. Frau, Castor and Labrador seem to know a lot about Zaiphon and I suspect they possess the power of Zaiphon.Anyway, I think Teito should seriously learn to open up to Frau, Castor and Labrador. They are so sincere, caring and good looking too!! If he doesn't feel comfortable opening up to guys, he can also open up to the 3 Sisters, even though they are sometimes irritating, they do care for him. I can't believe that he actually ends up sharing his problems with, of all people, an old man. (=.=)|| By the look of things, the old man is 99% a bad guy.Mini SummaryTeito wishes to save Mikage and so he tries to leave Barsburg Church but Frau prevents him from doing so. Since Teito hasn't eaten, Frau and Castor bring him to the main dining area. To Teito's horror, the main dish is eye stew. According to Castor, those who serve the Church are only allowed to eat basic dishes consisting of shellfish, vegetables and fish. To them, eye stew is considered as a delicacy. Though reluctant, Teito gives the dish a try and he surprisingly finds it delicious.Meanwhile, the military is having a meeting regarding Teito's escape. Some officials are unhappy with Ayanami for allowing Teito to escape as Teito was a valuable candidate for the Eye of Mikhail once it's found. However, Chairman Miroku appears calm and comments that there are many candidates out there. He also reveals that he had originally intended to let Teito be Ayanami's Begleiter (attendent).Back at Barsburg Church, Teito is helping the Sisters with some chores. Halfway through the chores, an old man appears. The old man comments that they have similar looks in their eyes and asks Teito what he's troubled about. After Teito shares his problems with the old man, the old man suggests Teito to return back to the same place when the midnight bell tolls if he wishes his wish to be granted by him.After the conversation with the old man, Teito decides that he has to keep his oath with his best friend without asking for anyone's help. With that resolve, Teito tries to leave Barsburg Church. But again, Frau stands in his way. Castor is also present and he reveals that they will never forsake those who seek salvation, nor betray them. Teito insists that he does not need any help. Frau then asks Teito what he could do if he were to leave Barsburg Church the way he is now. Teito answers he can do anything and uses his Zaiphon to attack Frau. Labrador then appears with 2 cups of chamomile tea - one for Castor and one for himself. While they are enjoying the tea and Frau's fight with Teito, Labrador comments that Zaiphon gives the user the power to transform and manipulate the source of all life energy and is manipulated by the user's emotions and formed into words surrounding the user's hands. Looking at the fight, both Labrador and Castor are impressed with Teito and they feel that he's a great playmate for Frau. Though Teito is attacking relentlessly, Frau manages to evade all his attacks. When Frau calls Teito a stupid brat, Teito finally reveals his real name to Frau, and he uses all his energy to attack Frau but again, Frau evades the attack and defeats Teito.After being defeated by Frau, Teito dreams of Mikage being held in by Ayanami for questioning. Fearing for Mikage's safety and recalling the words of the old man, Teito decides to go back to the place to look for him. When he (he's actually the old man himself) appears in front of Teito, Labrador, Castor and Frau feel an evil presence.PicturesTeito tries to leave the Church but is stopped by Frau.Teito drops the flower Labrador gave him. Castor picks it up and puts it on..Teito's hair!! LOL Kawaii!!These are the kind of food the Church people eat. **puke**Teito enjoys the eyeballs too!Teito bumps into an old man and ends up sharing his problems with him.After talking to the old man, Teito decides to leave the Church.But again, Frau stands in the way.Teito uses Zaiphon to attack Frau.Labrador and Castor are enjoying their tea and the fight.Though Teito is skillful, Frau is much better and he easily defeats Teito.Meanwhile, Mikage is still getting hell from Ayanami.Cruel Ayanami threatens to kill Mikage's sister!Teito dreams of Mikage and he fears for Mikage's safety.Teito decides to go back to the place to look for him, who is the old man.
